Darren Clarke' equipments in 2011 British Open

On 18th July, Darren Clarke won the British Open and became the oldest champion since 1967 by using TaylorMade R11 Driver , TaylorMade TP Iron and Penta TP golf ball.

TaylorMade Tournament professional player Darren Clarke won the championship through perfect performance and passions in the British Open, and achieveed his dream--- lift the Grape Pot Cup. This is his 54 times to take part in Grand Slam and also his first to get the honour.

"When I was a child, won a Open championship is always my dream, like the dreams of all children", Darren Clarke said, "it is incredible that I can achieve it."

Darren Clarke got perfect performance in the first 3 rounds by using TaylorMade R11 Driver, TaylorMade TP Iron and Penta TP golf ball. Even though the bad weather in the last round, he still hit 70 and ranked No.1 in the list eventually. It is his second championship this year, the another one is Spain Mallorca Open in May. It is also his twenty-forth champion in his career.

This victory makes Darren Clarke became the oldest champion in golf history since 1967, at the same time, Darren Clarke's world rank has climded to No.30 and ranking No.6 Dubai.

In 2011, TaylorMade Driver won 32 golf game in the world, this victory is the R11's first championship, and the second time for Penta TP golf ball. Before that, TaylorMade-adidas Golf player,Martin Kaymer, won the 2010 PGA championship by using Penta TP golf ball.
